preferreds ned to be paid in full before commons can see a dime. So you need to put that into your equation.

if you are thinking pref are going to get 25% of fv then commons will be out of money entirely and wiped out.

i own a lot of preferreds and a few commons just in case SS and hoch hit the home run.. at this point i am hoping they get a double.
