That's exactly why I'm nervous about the pref's. I feel that if the pref's get something then the U's will want something, but if the pref's don't get anything then they won't have anything to complain about. Oh well. We'll see what happens. I've made my bets and I'm holding onto them. I'm just nervous because of the unknowns.
