No you need a new company, product and CEO.

A new ticket symbol will be needed soon because no one will buy this symbol again if she doesn't turn up now.

Any stock that can be so easily manipulated by folks on this board without the Company doing anything as simple as releasing a PR is crap to be in except when it is being manipulated upward.

If there is deception/misunderstanding in the filings and claims regarding the A/S and Float you have major dilution. Read carefully this weekend.

If I was the CEO of any company that was down 90% from it's high on the year, I would be buying the crap out of it if I knew there was value in the shares.

If my stock was being manipulated I would try to stop it or at least make the shareholders aware of it.
