when a stock trade its avg daily volume (in 150,000 blocks at the bid) in the first 5 minutes and the stock goes down 10% - kind of a dump - and when a stock loses 80% of its value in 6 months (75 to 15), yeh, kinda dumping. this company needs to make good on its promise to get funding and start produciton this calendar year, period. no fluff PR and power point flipping demos needed.
