"..Once they become fully reporting you will not be able to buy shares for any where near these prices.." That's been my point for some time, and why I think shareholders should continually call and/or email the company to pursue fully reporting status - yesterday.
No legitimate broker or adviser at any investment firm would ever advise a client to buy a non-reporting stock. They generally won't even discuss Pinks with a client unless it's a previous Big Board stock like WAMUQ that has good prospects of coming out of BK and promptly getting off the Pinks.
There's a lot of humor to be found in posts that quibble over whether there's a Stop Sign, a No Information tag, a Skull, or a Caveat Emptor rating, or in what order. They are all negative 'caveats' that put the immediate brakes on 99% of people buying into this company. The simple cure, "..turn in the bloody paperwork.."!!! The justifications offered for not reporting border on a selection between telling your parents that your girlfriend is either 'just a little pregnant' or 'mostly non-pregnant. "..Oh me........
Long, Accumulating, Patient; ...and convinced that there's no good excuse for non-disclosure.
