From bad to worse, we have a CEO of insolvent Co. with no money, that is going to be paid 600k plus 3% on money borrowed ????
Court needs to look at that and see if thats market compensation for a Co. in this condition (its cerainly RICH) LOL,LOL

It almost has a circus atmosphere (IMO)

Not to sound redundent but it seems CPRK(Q) "NEW" CEO is just in it for the money.

Is he really doing his FIDUCIARY duty, to shareholders???? at this moment CPRK(Q) still has shareholders.
