You crack me up...........this is not star trek and PN's law suit will NOT be vaporized.
To say that the secured lenders are being "schooled" is the most absurd thing I have read here this month..............they know what is going on and they know darn well how a bk works or they would have folded long ago...........NOT THE CASE!!!!!!!!!
They still hold the highest hand in this poker game and they will be the first paid.
