Not the original 43-101

To all,

Following all the B2 Digital Inc discussions on your blog, I would like to take some of your time to explain the real situation about this NI 43-101 technical report. First, it is true that this document is not the original one because it has been written for another property and it has been modify from my original one.

The original report has been written in English on February 2009 for Stéphane Leblanc, President, secretary and majorly stakeholder of Firma Gold for the Courville Property. At that time, the property had 101 claims in the Courville Township, Abitibi, Québec, Canada. Thus, the report does not include the Landrienne Property. It has not been used by Firma Gold Inc. at that time until another exploration company acquired the claims. Just after the acquisition, this new company ordered me another report including all the necessary changes.

The actual report publish by B2 Digital Inc, which stands for the Landrienne property, has been modify from my original Courville report: the claim list and maps, the location maps and geological maps have been erased, as well as numerous chapters (historical, geological descriptions…) which are listed in the “Table of Content”!! The table on pages 15 and 16 has been added and has never been written by myself.

One very important point is that the 2009 Courville NI 43-101 report does NOT include any resources and I do not know about any resources on the Landrienne Property.

Due diligence is important as someone mentioned it in your blog. There will probably always have people that will try to cheat, but in this case they were not really subtle!

I would like to insist on the fact that this document has been modify without my consent and I will lodge a complaint against Stephane Leblanc and Firma Gold Inc. which is listed in the Québec province. I will also see what our professional order can do about this situation.
