Well, the company filed Chapter-11 bankrupcy - so the court has no say in ordering a sell of company assets - that only happens in Chapter-7 filings.
Once the company can demonstrate sufficient capital and revenues from the sale of its production activities, they will come-out of Chapter-11 and the stock should spike higher from there.
The CEO has stated more than once, that the company has over 3-million barrels of proven oil reserves! The gas production is a bonus!
In reality - as the global economies get stronger and stronger - the demand for oil and gas will only increase - this company will likely get bought for about 3-dollars a share if not more.
