This transcript is an 83 page document which many of you may find VERY INTERESTING. It describes the state of the mill, the initial intent and figures for DIP financing, and you get a sense of JB's intent to secure financing for the purpose of working with Massey, how he changed horses in the middle of the stream on "intent" of the initial request for financing, management's inability to adhere to a budget, ...it goes on.

I'm not finished reading the documents yet, and I definitely look forward to reading what our more experienced investors here have to say...
