I like your story but thats all it is. If in fact they could have produced the millions or should I say hundreds of millions of dollars that everyone on this board professed...........they would have done it.........period. It would not have mattered which piece of land it came from.....they simply would have made their $$$$$$$ and paid PN their $10M and been done with them.........end of story.....the contract would have been done at that point. Sad thing is they built a horrible build that doesn't work and never worked from the beginning. Unless they fix the multiple problems that exist right now (which will cost many millions more to fix)............the mill will still produce nothing more than the piss poor numbers they were pushing out before. I don't see the judge letting them throw more $$$$$$ at this project that has been doomed since the day it began...........poor engineering is poor engineering no matter how you slice it. The build was wrong............plain and simple or we wouldn't even be discussing any part of a bankruptcy...........we'd have a running mill. Chapter 7 looking very real........unless that billion dollars is still coming from that mysterious Chinese company we have all heard about for years now. :)
