Looks to me like Beck is getting ready to make a move for Realty. They are a respectable company and I don't think they would be putting out that PR just to dump their stock. I think this is far from over and Realty Finance had to respond somehow...seems to me like the Chess match is just beginning. All in my opinion of course.
