The 500 $5 April 2011 calls at show traded today show 299 traded on the CBO exchange and 201 traded on the PHO exchange(Philly)
I noticed when our famous 20,000 puts were being opened they were opened about half on the CBO and half on the PHO. About the same as the 500 calls traded today.
Does anyone with knowledge of the interworkings of how options trade and the exchanges, know if there is any correlation between todays trade and the 20,000 puts because they were divided between the two exchanges in the same way. Is that normally done or does it point to the same trader/writer?
