anyone understand #0057 and #0061? 57=1st amended answer and counterclaim of WMI to plaintiffs' amended complaint (#0052). 61=response of plaintiffs to 57.

basically, 57 just rehashes 52 and denies, denies, denies, but never gives a reason for anything. at first i just figured this was typical WMI: no valid arguments, trying again to stall the process for as long as possible. but then i notice that plaintiffs' response (61) also just denies and gives no reasons. what's going on here? guess i don't know Ch11 law well enough.
