Telogis bought the REDIview business from the Remote Dynamics secured creditors after a foreclosure. Telogis does not have any information about stockholder issues. The company, Remote Dynamics was delisted as a public security earlier this year. There is a press release on the Remote Dynamics website about it, “Remote Dynamics Files Form 15 with Securities and Exchange Commission, 2/26/10”.
