"The oldest trick in the book that is used mainly by 7 year olds is to change the argument to one you can win."
Now who is changing the argument? You said AMD wasn't ready with a solution. Which would be valid if AMD made servers. Or even if AMD had just sort of tossed Opteron out there like they did with the original K7, which didn't even have a chipset on release. But AMD doesn't make servers or motherboards. They do have a decent chipset, aimed mainly at servers and they have provided reference designs, both directly and worked with Newisys on theirs. As I pointed out in my response to that same post as you responded to, what they have is one of those chicken and egg problems. Until there is a wider range of offerings, AMD will run into these situations.
In typical straw man fashion, you imagined that I blamed Intel for this and then proceeded to trash the poor guy. While it might have been entertaining to you, it is more than a little disconnected from reality. I did not and am not blaming Evil Intel for this. Like I don't blame Intel for the delays that Win64 has experienced. You won't find any of my posts that have ever taken that stance. So drop the crap about 7 year olds, unless you are talking about the little tantrum that you threw. That I agree is juvenile behavior...
