but fictitious press releases are the makings of an illegal act, in my opinion.

Of course it's illegal. But the SEC and even posters here have warned people about getting ripped off.

CMKX was a huge scam. But I had fairly intelligent people (or so they claim) tell me it was still like playing a lottery ticket. And they still played it.

The bottom line is fools and their money are soon parted. What happened here is just another scam of pink sheet companies. In this case the names are more familar.
