If EP wanted to rescue this from going back down to Sub-Penny Land, he'd do something positive regarding the audit.
If in fact the audit is being done by Hogan Taylor, which means TDGI is paying for it, direct HT to make a public statement of fact about where in the process they are and the reasons for the delay of the completion.
Why does that seem so difficult? The Company just issuing more excuses for the delays does not seem to be working anymore....
