Sorry, more sells than buys. Like I said, I chose this stock on Alerts but I clearly should have researched beyond the past six months. No indication that it is coming out of BK or merging.

PFOB is coming out of BK, shell being purchased and will r/m (all factual info. provided by the real court filings).

Let me know if I am wrong and provide some evidence... then I will happily invest.
