Citigroup has been going really well for me. I mean, I'm no expert, but man have I been nailing it lately. All for everyone here to see. I called the $4.30 high last week, and yesterday morning I predicted a mini-run, and was suggesting $4.20 as a possible exit. ON FIRE!
From the sound of it, it looks like it starts today:
The Treasury Department said it's entered into its fourth pre-arranged trading plan to sell Citigroup common stock, as Morgan Stanley will sell 1.5 billion shares as Treasury's sales agent.
