* Asian markets finished Up today: China=+1.58%, Hong Kong=+1.25%, and Japan=+0.43%.
* European markets are Down so far today: England=-0.32%, Germany=-0.14%, and France=-0.19%.
* U.S. stock futures are Down some right now .. with the Nasdaq Down Big. EMC released Earnings that were "in-line" with expectations. Also this morning, China raised interest rates on inflation concerns.

* QQQQ/SPY are currently Trading at 50.85 / 117.55 . . .

* the S&P-500 futures Range-Bounds have been Down: between approximately 1169 - 1179 ... use these Bounds as possible Targets for Trading today.

Our "far away" Target ($1360) was Hit and then pulled back. The $1360 level was once again retaken and should now act as Support . . which is currently being tested/broken this morning.
