Why? There is a 100% chance this is a diluting scam...IMO ...last R/S he left the A/S at 5 bill because he had to increase it all the time and folks like me,who read filings..caught it...lol..Here is your CEO in these charges before the ticker and name change from the last R/S..GGMC used to be ZCOM
