RJ.....I acknowledged your point later in my post, citing that there are both risks and benefits of penny stocks in these situations.....risks and benefits of a somewhat different nature than their bigger brethren.

You have noted some of these additional risks. And there are also upside potentials of multiples of returns to consider.

We each are our own judge as to what kind and how much risk we can handle. But there is always that other aspect of benefit to also consider.

That's the trade-off. Life presents us with a lot of interesting choices.

As to your other point, it seems to me to be silly that Cal and Brian have gone through all of the preparation of setting up joint ventures and licensees throughout the world.....and then recently adding new North American sales teams.... only to try and keep the pps down, temporarily. These are all FASC contracts. To that end, they seemed quite happy to put out their press release earlier in the year, with announcement of 13 sales. And the pps quickly reflected that.

I think, domestically, the slowness has been more of a matter of roadblocks. But then, we still have MnVap and all of its potentials sitting there waiting.

With regards to the officer debt, I don't think we can yet exclude the possibility of eventual pay-off through increasing sales. But per my post to Fasctrack, I tend to think that the option shares are more of an end-game plan to accompany an eventual FASC company sale.
