Sorry to have taken so long to comment on today’s hearing but what a day. I like it; finally we are on our way to destroying the POR and DS. I have been waiting for this day, I did not think the judge had it in her. Please let me explain, first off if all the objections were to be removed then there would be no need for much of a confirmation hearing as everyone would be on board. If we were to go to a confirmation hearing in the position we have been in all these long months with all parties agreeing then we will be in trouble. It is the very hearing where the POR will be destroyed and Weil’s/ Rosen’s true colors revealed. As everyone knows the majority of the objections are valid and will stand in the POR hearing this alone makes us winners and it will now happen sooner. I am sure that Nelson’s weak response today means they now have all the information they need or feel they will ever get and the time they needed to catch up is now behind them and the case should move forward. I went through the Debtors objection last night and Rosen defiantly knows he I in trouble, at points in the objection he is arguing for POR v.5 and others he is stating that an objection is for POR v.6 and does not apply. Other times he I claiming objections will interfere with their plans or strategies to prosecute. By this is he stating that the plan I to prosecute once equity is washed out? at any rate a good deal of WG&M responses are not just boiler plate objections, they ramble and at point are incoherent; that is good.
