Geisler & Landau know what the heck their doing here. They have never really dumped shares into the market to drive the price down like most pennies.
They had to increase the O/S because of the bad financing deal they made with Yorkville. I think they learned their lesson. They own basically half the O/S now and won't be selling for a long while ~ I think .50 will be in the near future , back to where alot of us old-timers bought in at .
