You should be careful about what you post without doing all of the DD. I understand being upset if you are down your investment (maybe you're not), but saying that the company put out a false PR without doing all of the DD makes one lack credibility.

I have an iPhone and just did a search in my App store and found all of the games except for Run Fast & Alien Fleet are available for immediate download.

I can tell you from past experience that sometimes the iTunes store is not the best place to search for current Apps. You can go straight to Apples website and scan through all 225,000+ and when you find one you like you can click it and it will open up in iTunes, a much better way for App enthusiasts IMO.
