Janice asked this question on a board from which I'm banned, and I can't respond on any other board limited to Premium members of IHUB:

What was the name of the company, and what was the means of payment?

My bet would be FIRST IN AWARENESS, LLC. This was the entity listed on his online "RELEASE OF LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT" that one has to sign before attending a Monkinar.

He recently removed this document from the revamped monksden.com website, but it can still be found here:

First In Awareness was also an active website until recently. It's website, www.firstinawareness.com, represented Jerry Williams' penny stock promotion company. It was immediately removed after someone started pointing it out on various message boards as evidence that Jerry Williams earns his living promoting penny stocks.

Interestingly, if you still go to that link, you'll find a few remaining bits that they've neglected to remove from the web.
