Did Monk scam everyone???

I'm long CDIV, having been referred by a co-worker.

I think it is premature to make accusations and point fingers. It seems that one of the other FLDs made promises that it now can't meet, and in hindsight, they should have examined all ramifications BEFORE saying anything. Their problems aren't CDIV's and the FLD concept seems valid still.

My friend went onto Monk's new board to see what he had to say. The Monk states that he hasn't sold a share of CDIV, or any other FLD he owns. Furthermore, his average pps is probably higher than many here, FWIW.

My friend has also said there is a new SEC rule concerning naked shorts and how long they can be naked. Supposedly, this has been tightened up to our advantage.

Hold tight, buy more, if you can. Hopefully the squeeze comes sooner rather than later.
