Let the SEC exonerate LGTT, if that be the case. While what we have seen appears incredibly corrupt, that isn't our call in the final assessment as most of us do not have the legal expertise in regards to what is or is not legal with the PINKYS.

We know that we are pissed because we feel robbed and find it impossible to view the situation any other way. But let the experts assess the situation. Send in your statements and your evidence such as it is.

I just got my letter on the SEC filings on ARNA, which shows that the system does work and that puffery, etc., etc., etc. will be prosecuted. There you go.............

Obviously this is up to the SEC and the courts to decide on. As far as I know the kind of behavior exhibited by Gregory and team is all above board and legal. I don't think so, but I clearly do not know. This is why we have a legal system. My suggestion is to use it!
