Thats what i'm screaming!
Looking at Share volume report for last month(everyone was screaming dilution then too),not enough volume,nor the MMs there to dilute.http://www.otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mv.asp?SearchBy=issue&Issue=hfbg&SortBy=volume&Month=9-1-2010

That being said,Something does seem fishy.We should have moved up a bit more than we have,unless theres ALOT more flippers here than whats been told.
Guess we'll see when 3rdQ comes out.....
