For every 10 shares of GGP you now own you will receive:

10 shares of the new GGP and 1 share of the Spinco or whatever they decide to name it(heard of Howard Hughes Co) but the one share should be at $50.00 at the time of the exit and the GGP will most likely drop to $10.00 to compensate for the spin off of assets to the new company.
