If you wish to believe that.. Call the Transfer agent, they have to submit the paper work and they said NO.. Ameritrade does not do paper work for ECPLD they only execute what the TA sends the SEC and they act on it.. What Ameritrade is talking about is the mess that ECPLD has them in by doing the original paperwork WRONG..
