My current routine:
Monday: jog/run 4 miles
Tuesday: Versaclimber- 20 minutes, row machine, 10 minutes
Wednesday: Long run -6-10 miles (depends on how it feels)
Thursday: either eliptical or versa climder- 30 minutes, or if legs to sore, work abs/upper body
Friday: do whatever I feel like, but 45 minutes of exercise
Saturday: 2-5 miles eliptical (unless wifey want to snow shoe, or some other physical activity)
Sunday: Light workout- maybe shovel snow, lmao.
Tomorrow, I plan to push the elipitical a bit and do minimum one hour.
