Yes it is. Because of the excessive pumping by us it ran too far too fast. Now paying the price. But IMO the company has made progress and the pps deserves to be higher and hopefully it will soon. But not over .01.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
