I don't know, I'm not his official spokesperson. However, I was wondering that myself -- he seems to expect a lot for somebody who also claims to not know the data.

Obviously he's giving the politically correct answer and cannot promise anything in writing about another company so he "expects" and "cannot promise" but you and I both know he knows in full detail otherwise he wouldn't even say he expects anything. :)

In short, the odds of a comment period are basically zilch.
