I am guessing ACCA may be planning a f/s.

Mommy and Daddy are apparently gifting shares in small quantities to relatives.

And Daddy has been buying shares on the open market. He's got to be frustrated the stock isn't getting enough attention.

If I were advising the guy (I'm not) I would tell him to f/s the stock to get it trading.
