This is probably more of a Mr. Meaty thingie... for weeks now the refresh features for any instance has been sporadic and even not happening. On all my browsers and pop ups enabled as well....
Auto refresh sometimes works sometimes not and when set to manual where I have to refresh, this is also erratic.
In all different page modes across the site.
Cache cleared, temp cleared, etc ctr f5 da da da...
