Have read the failure to comply rule? It has to do with the MM's responsibilities to the quotation service.

EI obviously has complied with their SEC filings or their MM would not be able to quote them on OTCQB. Don't you think?

I'll make you a deal. If six months from now ETNL is trading with the symbol ETNL.QB, you go back to the cabinet company. If it is still trading as ETNL.PK I won't post here for a year. WHAT SAY YOU!
