I'm not concerned when Kaplanis was hired or fired.

I'm interested in why Frank Coy was at the Kaplanis meeting. If he was not a vice president as Kaplanis stated, then why was he at the meeting? If he was/is a vice president of JBI Inc, then why is he not listed as an officer on the JBI Inc web site?

Maybe it's because on the date of the meeting he was still an employee of RBC Dominion Securities?
