Anyone that is long needs to change their mindset. This is not the same Calypso being controlled by insiders etc. A new mindset needs to be programmed, in which you now understand, the Daic parties are not in control, things are more likely to happen that will benefit the shareholders. The self serving attempts to keep Calypso from prospering are gone. All of the disbelief that Calypso can take this case to the end in my opinion is misplaced. This case will go as far as it needs to go to get a settlement in Calypso's favor. I am also in favor of taking this case out of state court and elevating it to Federal Court. Maybe Markle needs to check into this possibility.
