A R/M will NOT happen unless there is a R/S first. No one with ANY business sense would RM into a shell with 74 BILLION in the AS and over 9 BILLION in the O/S. People can try and pump this all they want but if you try that route, I will make sure to shoot it down because it is just a TERRIBLE business case.
