It is very clear that these people don't always follow the rules.
That is why we cannot find the missing 3.1a list of assets shown on every other bank on the FDIC list, can't find the missing balance sheet summary shown on every other bank on the FDIC list, and the lawyers for JPMC cannot find the requested discovery information on the WAMU loans they acquired. Nobody knows anything about the assets at all, so that when these assets are finally disclosed, some will be missing that we may never know about because of all the secrets.
I am sure that there are 13 or 14 persons out there who can pretend to have no idea that the others are buying stock up to the disclosure limit, but miraculously join together to sell WMI to JPMC on the cheap putting an end to this whole thing. Some may even be posting in this forum. How do we prove anything until many years down the road and many more years in discovery stalemates. IMHO
