Every other bank has the same URL that links to the FDIC balance sheet summary. Only WAMU's balance sheet summary cannot be found and their URL is very different, seems to point to a different server.

The missing 3.1a can't be found either.

The lawyers for JPMC can't seem to find any documents for disclosure either....Tricky business.

I guess that since this was considered a "fire sale" price, some of the documents must have caught on fire.

Look at the Citi Bank's "nonconforming bid" link. Gee, I guess Citi Bank didn't have the same information that JPMC did, wonder why?????

If this was a legal seizure, then at least something would have been disclosed, even if the numbers were a little cooked, as in some of the other banks balance sheets I have examined. Many of the other banks are also in Bankruptcy Court, so that is no excuse to hide the numbers.
