1) He's only suing for the compensation that is owed to him; which according to his contract, would only be for the next 2 months if he's fired without reason. So your first number of $120k suddenly is only $20k.
Who did you hear that from? To make such an accusation you much have multiple sources - perhaps you can tell us where you heard this?
My sources are my business, but I can suggest if you want to do proper due diligence on this company, call some of the players involved. Several have been more than willing to talk.
Any lawsuit filed will at first ask for a jury trial because they know that is the most expensive approach and used to put pressure on the defense. It has nothing to do with how solid the case may or may not be.
i asked JJ for a few companies so i could call and see what they charge never got an answer back. i called 4 companies and i have posted what i heard from these companies who are buying.
I have answered this many times now. If the company will buy your plastic for $3K and charge you $1K to pick it up, you net $2K which in essence is the same thing as them buying it for $2K and picking it up for free. Simple math.
What JJ overlooks is that the problems are in the details.
There are markets for very specific types of plastics. To be marketable, the plastics have to meet strict qualifications concerning type, additives, contaminates, colors etc.
If your scrap plastic doesn't meet the strict qualifications it ceases to be marketable.
It's all about the details. Not sweeping generalities as some would have you believe.
Wrong. The exact plastic that Tazz claims to have to pay to dispose of turned up over 1,000 buyers just on the one site i posted.
