T-Mobile does not need to deal with Calypso if the ownership of the patent is in question. That was part of their original argument. They may be negotiating in good faith, but I am fairly sure that any deal will be contingent on Calypso owning the patent outright. Diac is far to volatile a player for any reputable business to get in bed with.
