To Getn otta det: Shorting JPM assumes that it will be the only one to pay. Not FDIC. I'd be very wary of Dimon taking a fall for anyone's error. I flattened all my positions and am flipping through this bubble until the day prior to the DS hearing. At that time I'll go absolutely flat and await the bad/good news. When the PPSs tank I'll step in with massive buys.

Just my plan mind you ... and certainly fraught with risk.
