I have no clue why the pps is down. I have a few guesses.

If this is all retail transactions then they will end as soon as the shares from lower pps are flipped out. Potentially that is two times the float (since there are some buyers that will flip on an incremental tick .0002 to .0003 etc).

If it's some sort of MM trading shares thing then the pps will be stuck in the doldrums until retail pressure brings it up.

If it's shorting, beats the crap outta me. I don't know of any brokerages that allow shorting of sub pennies, but I'm sure many do.

It's trading like dilution, but we know that dilution isn't possible right now.

I'm stumped.
