Opinion, Since I got my signal for a "Change of Direction Point" some weeks ago, I can't tell, exactly what it will look like at the time the market gets to the appointed time, however what I am measuring is stock market MOMENTUM, I am expecting at MOMENTUM TOP in the markets on Monday (2/28). At what time the momentum will peak, I have no idea, it could be 10 am or 1 pm or 3:59 pm, but I expect the market will dump on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because there is a Bradley Turn Date due March 4th which I expect to be a turn up, from a down market beforehand, I would expect that rally to run into sometime the following week, the week of March 7th.

Whether my assumptions are correct or not, We Will Know In The Fullness Of Time.
