Yes, I did pose this problem with Williamson representing himself and Daic in a prior post. Seems to me they should be disqualified, after all Calypso is trying to depose Williamson, how can that not be a conflict. I think Williamson may have dug deeper into the problem when he went for part ownership of the patents with Daic in the 2009 non-agreement. I said it before and I'll say it again, Daic and Williamson will be trying their best to negotiate out of this mess. If they re-open the original complaint they are history. There is no way I can see that the Daic parties could win that case with Calypso having legal representation.
