I have to side on the criminal side of things: "They" put a positive spin on bad GDP, but not so bad GDP data...then "they" march up Mr. Market worsen/forestall the inevitable once again.

Of course, since I closed out my USPIX for the short term...things will probably drop past the floor of Death Valley, then pop up.
